Host payouts equal the nightly total plus cleaning fee, minus the 3% host fee. Payouts are sent to the payout method on file in your hosting dashboard, typically within a few business days of guest check-in. Bank transfers are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your bank account numbers.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, keeping availability calendars up to date, complying with local laws and HOA rules, and collecting any applicable lodging taxes.
Guests may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown at booking. Cancelling reopens the dates on the host's calendar immediately.
